We loved it here. The location was great, only 10 minutes by free shuttle. The shuttle was every half hour which was annoying, but I checked other hotel bus time tables and ours was actually the best/most often (unless you stay at a Disney hotel). The breakfast was plentiful, I can't believe there were people on here saying they couldn't find anything to eat! Not traditional English, but they had hot and cold food, an egg station, pastries, fruit, some gluten-free. My child especially liked the small cookies! The room was big enough for the two of us, although if there had been 4 of us there may have been a problem. I would defo go for a suite if there was more than 3 of us. In all the times we have been to Disney, we have never been back and forward to the hotel so much, we usually just stay in the park all day, but it was nice to jump the bus back and get dry and warm and chill out for an hour before heading back. House keeping made our bed some days, but for most days we just kept the do not disturb sign up as we are not bothered by our mess. We just made sure we cleared up when we left. The beds were changed mid week. The wifi was amazing. The fridge was working, but not very well, when we went in to the town we didn't buy stuff to make packed lunches in case it spoiled. But you can take a pastry and a bit of fruit from the breakfast to tide you over if you really need to. The pool was far too cold for me, being an adult, but children didn't seem to have a problem with it. The sauna was large and it was working, so I was happy with that (and they had a nice gym, which I didn't use). The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The resturant was nice, the food was good. The bar/lounge area was cosy and quiet and I was able to watch English football. All in all a nice relaxed vibe at the hotel, and a nice relaxed holiday.

Loved the setting of the hotel. Beautiful grounds. The shuttle bus to and from Disney was great. On time and often waiting when we needed it, a quick 5-10 minute journey between Disney and the hotel was good after a long day in the parks. Fantastic breakfast included in our stay. Also enjoyed the little touches of lemon water in reception on an evening. The rooms were large and quiet. (Was concerned about hearing lots of children but heard nothing!) Comfortable beds. All the staff we met were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Disney and would recommend to anyone.

Great: The hotel food, location, hotel ground facilities, shuttles to the disney parks and staff who when you needed something the staff were very attentivet. I really appreciated that. These were the best parts of the stay. Okay: The room cleaning could be improved as the only thing that was done during our stay was the sheets, which were made up (new sheets provided every 3 days) and clean towels left daily, but no hoovering was done, and soap was not refilled. We had to ask for this.

The location is perfect for Disneyland and there is a shuttle every 30mins. Its also close to the shopping village, 10 min trip. The rooms are nice, beds are comfy and the TV's are modern so you can watch netflix and cast your device which is great. Staff were excellent. Pool area is small but it was quiet during the day when everybody else was at the theme park

Leon

I was traveling with 2 kids age 6 and it was very convenient to stay in hotel since they have free shuttle bus to Disneyland that you can use every 30 minutes. Hotel s very good for family stay, kids enjoyed pool and labyrinth in front of the hotel. We had late dinner in restaurant and food was good
